Smoke DZA and Snoop Dogg was bound to happen. There’s just too much weed smoking synergy. Smoke is gearing up to release his 4th studio album He Has Risen on March 4, and this is the first single from the project.
“Morals” is about encountering people who didn’t grow up with the same set of morals that Smoke DZA and Snoop Dogg did, and they frown on anyone who lacks loyalty and engages in snitching. Snoop and Smoke understand though, saying “we just grew up different.” Harry Fraud produced the track and will handle production for the whole project. Fraud also produced 2012’s Rugby Thompson.
Quotable Lyrics
bitch niggas no more space on the earth for em
dig a hole in a the dirt for em
my big homie got a decade, he don’t care about visits
all he wants is a little short to re-up on his minutes
