Miami’s Sean Kingston has been hard at work on his upcoming album Redemption, and “Thank Me” is the first audio we get to hear from. It’s a smooth track and bodes well for his album. Sean Kingston uses digital 808s for a subdued beat while he projects his sugary vocals. He maintains that the shawty with him should thank him for then “now,” not the later.
We last heard Sean Kingston with Chief Keef on “Murda Mook,” although he was also involved in a possible kidnapping in late 2015. No further details ever came of that crime, but you can be sure we'll follow up on any album news.
Quotable Lyrics
Spent 10 racks on your bag (I blow that)
Gave you all the shit you never had (you know that)
now you acting super famous
but without a nigga you'd be nameless
