Big K.R.I.T.'s new album Cadillactica hit shelves on November 10th, and three days removed from the album's release we have the expected first week sales for the album.
The album is looking to follow a similar path as Krizzle's debut Live From The Underground. Live From The Underground sold 41,000 copies opening week, while Cadillactica's sales projections are 35,000-40,000 opening week. While these aren't astounding numbers, we're sure K.R.I.T. isn't really concerned with them-- he stated in his recent interview with The Breakfast Club that this album was not about making radio songs, but rather showing his growth and making a good concept album.
What did you think of it? Stay tuned for our review on Monday.
In related news, Teyana Taylor's debut VII moved 16,000 copies according to HDD, while Azealia Banks' Broke With Expensive Taste sold 11,198.
