She was there with RZA, with whom she recently signed.

A hotel suite confrontation between Russell Crowe and Azealia Banks reportedly culminated in Crowe physically removing Banks from the room when she became increasingly hostile and threatened to stab his guests.

RZA, who recently signed Banks to his imprint, invited her along to eat dinner and listen to music at the movie star's room at a Beverly Hills hotel on Saturday night. About 10 people in total were present. It didn't take long for things to heat up, TMZ reports:

According to eyewitness accounts the trouble started when Azealia laughed out loud at Russell's music selection, and then called him and at least one other guest, "boring white men." We're told a female guest jumped to Russell's defense and suggested Banks pipe down. Instead, we're told she made an insane speech/threat to Crowe and the woman ... "You would love it if I broke my glass, stabbed you guys in the throat, and blood would squirt everywhere like some real Tarantino shit."

Several witnesses who were present claim that Banks dropped a handful of N-bombs before cocking back her glass, prompting Crowe to grab her, carry her out of his room, and alert hotel security.

Banks' account of the night is completely different. In a since-deleted Facebook post, she alleged that Crowe issued racial epithets, choked her, threw her out, and spat on her.
