Earlier today news surfaced that Robin Thicke was to be marrying a 20-year old girl named April Love Geary soon, but that turns out to be a hoax. Tonight, Robin took to twitter to clear the air about the false engagement as well as release his new single “Back Together,” featuring Nicki Minaj.
As the title depicts (and you could’ve guessed), Robin delivers another attempts to win back the love of his ex-wife Paula Patton, who we all know was the entire theme around his last album Paula. Directly aimed at radio-play, the upbeat pop cut finds Robin singing about the heartfelt pain Paula put him through ("You put a bullet into my heart/Now put me back together"), while Nicki spits a slick verse of her own.
