In her undying quest to take over the world, Rihanna has started a new business venture. Her fashion-forward style has become as equally famous (or infamous) as her music, and thus this latest move doesn't come as a surprise. If anything, we're surprised this didn't happen sooner.
RiRi's makeup and style squad will join her as she launches a new beauty and style agency, called Fr8me. The Hollywood Reporter has the details, including a few words from Rihanna on the business.
The Los Angeles-based agency will help artists book everything from commercials to editorial shoots to ad campaigns and more. "Hair, makeup and styling play an important role in creativity," Rihanna says. "I am very involved with that part of my process, so this agency was an organic thing for me to do."
Those on board with Fr8me include Rihanna's long-time makeup artist Mylah Morales, fashion stylist Jason Bolden (who works with Taraji P. Henson) and hairstylists Patricia Morales and Marcia Hamilton.
Rihanna added, "We are lucky enough to have some of the best artists at Fr8me, but I also have a soft spot for finding new talent with extraordinary skills!"
RiRi's style and aesthetic is about to infect all corners of the world.
