Retch is currently prepping his album Finesse the World for release sometime next year, and after sharing one track from it ("Guz Gon Blow"), he drops what he describes as a "throw away joint" on his SoundCloud. "Facts" is its name, and the track has Retch flowing over a tranquil, jazzy, Nujabes-esque beat.
Despite the chill sonic qualities of the music, Retch's delivery is tight-lipped and bug-eyed as ever, and he sounds like he's pouring his all out into every word. He raps a single verse, then improvises a Patois-laden hook before letting the song fade out ahead of the two minute mark.
