If you don’t know Ralo yet, that’s about to change in 2017. Or before that -- as today, he’s beginning his “Famerican Tuesdays” weekly video series, which shall continue through the end of January. He’s currently in the process of shooting videos to just about every track off his last mixtape, Diary of the Streets 2, which features Future, Young Thug, YFN Lucci, Shy Glizzy, and more. After sharing the war-ready visual to “This One For” last month, “Famerican Tuesdays” begins with the new “I Ain’t Done Yet” video, shot by Atlanta mainstay FoolWithTheCamera.
The video is set in Ralo’s home streets in Tha Bluff, one of the most dangerous places in the country. Ralo, with the assistance of his Muslim faith, is bringing hope back to his neighborhood. He’s surrounded by his longtime partners as well as his younger followers, who run up to him, looking to catch some inspiration, as he cruises down the rugged streets in a six-figure sportscar.
The title of the song is telling. Ralo’s only getting started. In addition to several more Diary of the Streets 2 videos, his fans can expect another mixtape, Famerican Gangster 2, in early 2017.
