UPDATE: It's unclear if Irving's latest Instagram post is a direct response to all the madness going on in his mentions today, though it certainly could be. He put up a picture of a Middle Eastern symbol known as the hamsa, often used in jewelry and wall hangings. The hamsa is said to be a protector against the "evil eye," and Irving could definitely use some of its powers right now.
Perhaps the evil eye would see PND's since-deleted Instagram photo in the worst way possible. After all, many conclusions have been drawn off of a picture that simply shows two entwined hands. Or maybe Irving has accepted the unfortunate turn of events that has inspired for all of the Internet to see, and he needs the hamsa to help him avoid readily-available feelings of hatred and jealousy. Either way, it seems he's handling the situation in quite a healthy manner -- more so than the two potential adulterers, as Party has removed the pic from his Instagram and as Kehlani's IG has been totally removed.
Original text below:
PartyNextDoor just posted an Instagram picture from his bed that shows his hand entangled with another -- the tattoos on which look rather familiar. And the caption says it all: "After all her shenanigans, still got the R&B singer back in my bed."
Of course, he's referring to Kehlani, who was thought to be dating Cleveland Cavaliers point guard Kyrie Irving. It seems like that ship has sailed, and Lani has quickly made her way back to her previous fling, PartyNextDoor. Kehlani's Instagram had recently been filled with pics of her and Irving, though funnily enough, her page is now nowhere to be found.
Dating rumors involving PND & Kehlani had never been totally confirmed, though last summer, Party dropped a track titled "Kehlani's Freestyle" (which he later changed to "Things & Such") that seemed to be something of a breakup song. Party has now confirmed that this isn't the first time the 20-year-old singer has seen his bed, and judging by the post, it won't be the last.
One thing's for sure: Kyrie Irving is awfully sore right now. Ouch.
