The plans for a final album from Nate Dogg are coming to fruition, as we reported this morning, and now more news on Nate Dogg's estate has surfaced.
There has been a long battle over Nate Dogg's estate, as he left no will when he passed away. His grandmother and wife, LaToya Calvin were attempting to take charge of Nate Dogg's estate, but they have now withdrawn their petition.
According to court documents (via TMZ), LaToya withdrew the petition for control of Nate Dogg's estate earlier this month, and her lawyer says, "Nate's children wanted a 'professional administration' and Ruth and LaToya decided to withdraw to avoid conflict with the children."
It has yet to be decided who is in charge of the late singer's estate now.
