After dropping a prison phone freestyle last week, Max B got on the horn with Revolt.TV from New Jersey State Prison recently to discuss his unreleased music and his music plans for when he gets out. "I got a nice little catalogue lined up," he said.
Max's plans include finishing up a double album and completing the Public Domain series (which he compares to Lord of the Rings), of which the most recent installment was 2010's Dopeman: Public Domain 6.5. "It's gonna be a thing of beauty."
Max was convicted on murder conspiracy and robbery charges in 2009 and handed down a 75-year sentence. He signed a record deal in 2010 and released the album Vigilante Season in 2011.
He also used the call as opportunity to give shoutouts to French Montana, Diddy, and Rick Ross.
Revolt.TV is fast becoming a reliable mouthpiece for Max B from the pen. Soon enough they'll be hosting his weekly podcast.
