24 years after releasing her debut album What's The 411?, Mary J. Blige will debut her new Apple Music show "The 411" on September 30th. Her first guest: presedential candidate Hillary Clinton.
Apple Music shared a couple clips from the interview, which looks approximately as comfortable as Clinton's "Between Two Ferns" interview with Zack Galifianakis. Blige grills Clinton with tough questions pertaining to the black electorate -- “A lot of people in my community think that Obama was blocked in Congress because he was black. How are you going to do what he wasn’t able to?" -- before singing “American Skin (41 Shots),” a Bruce Springsteen song about the death of Amadou Diallo at the hands of police.
Watch the previews below and check back this Friday to watch the full interview.
