Martin Shkreli has once again made it very clear that because he is wealthy, he can buy, do and say whatever he wants. The 'Pharma bro' is back and has again jumped on a social stream platform, this time Periscope, to stream unreleased music. However this time he says, "I have acquired, I would say, Hip Hop's most sought after album," about 45 seconds in to the broadcast. For the next several minutes dude is awkwardly rubbing his hands together and teasing viewers saying "It's going to make Wu-Tang look irrelevant," and that "It's all for me, that's right. i need a few thousand more followers before I play this shit."
And this sort of delusional gloating goes on as he urges viewers to guess who the rapper is, and nonchalantly answers questions.
"Let's uhh, just say this thing just fell into my lap. But when you are as handsome, good looking, smart and wealthy as me, things just fall into your lap," says Shkreli.
"I've got unreleased 2pac for the millennia. Man why doesn't nobody want to hear this shit, why do I even bother. Alright fuck it I'll play it."
Finally, at around the four minute and 35 second mark, Shkreli malevolently announces the track is allegedly from Lil Wayne's, Tha Carter V, and begins streaming music around the four minute and 50 second mark.
"So much shit on my mind/I just hope I don't smell like it/The motherfuckers that are famous/Are the same ones that have nails biting. Real n*ggas still real n*ggas/You new n*ggas just lame n*ggas/when your shit fire don't be surprised/acting like..."
It appears Wayne raps these lyrics before Shkreli interrupts to proclaim, "And he's talking about me."
No more music is played for the next couple minutes, until the last ten seconds, as Shkreli gloats about Wayne's lyrics that are supposedly about him, acquiring the album, and shares details on Tha Carter 5, saying it is, "A two CD tape, two CD tape, Weezy," and also claims to have Dr. Dre's Detox album on deck.
Shkreli also hoped back on Periscope shortly there after to preview another leaked song off the album saying, "That's that Bieber feature. Justin Biebs," and claiming that this was, "the best Weezy album ever."
No word yet on the legitimacy of these claims from Shkreli. Check out the first stream here.
