Mackemore and Ryan Lewis take the lead in the AMA nominations.

With Macklemore and Ryan Lewis being just about everywhere this year, and hitting platinum for "Thrift Shop" time and time again, it may come as no surprise that they're leading the AMA nominations.

Today the annual AMA awards announced the nominees for each category. Macklemore and Ryan Lewis received six nods total, including ones for Artist of the Year, New Artist of the Year, and Favorite Rap/Hip-Hop Album.

Justin Timberlake received five nominations, while Robin Thicke landed four. Kendrick Lamar's good kid, m.A.A.d city goes up against Jay Z's MCHG and The Heist for Favorite Rap/Hip-Hop Album.

The AMAs will air on November 24th, live from the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live on ABC. Winners for each category are chosen by the public, you can vote online at AMAVote.com
