Riding high off the success of his hit singles "Bad Things" featuring Camilla Cabello and “At My Best” featuring Hailee Steinfeld, Machine Gun Kelly decides to come through today as expected and release his third studio album bloom.
Laced with 13 tracks in total, the follow up to 2015’s General Admission features guest appearances from Quavo, Ty Dolla $ign, Camilla Cabello, Hailee Steinfeld, and more. Meanwhile, production is handled by the likes of Benny Blanco, Sonny Digital, The Futuristiks and more.
“In a non-cliche way. Love played a huge part in my life in the past 2 years, which was the years I was writing 'Bloom'.” MGK says when asked about the album. “Dont think of a flower, but picture a flower as a metaphor.... You seen the thornes. Like a Rose, one the most beautiful flowers. There’s thornes all over this mother fucker so I had a special effects make-up artist come and put thornes all over my hands and I put it in front of the camera as the main focus not my face. This is what you guys see, but if you look a little bit farther & you wait, there's a beautiful being about to come out,” MGK says about the title & cover art. “If you don’t like it, you don’t want me to be happy.”
Available on iTunes, fans can now stream the project in its entirety for free thanks to the good folks at Spotify.
