MostDope's Treejay and DJ Clockwork released a compilation in honor of 4/20 yesterday, and it featured plenty of exclusive new material from the collective.
Most noteable were the 3 new tracks from the group's most prominent member, Mac Miller.
"Walkin' Home" which is produced by Nottz, carries on with the style Mac has been experimenting with recently, pairing a dusty sample with some vocal effects and psychedelic imagery.
The rapper has a big year ahead of him, with 4 projects in the works, including one slated for Mother's Day (May 11th). He recently debuted 3 new songs live, you can check those out here.
Quotable Lyrics:
I never read the horoscopes
I go to see the oracle
For fortunes, I ignore her though
Just a couple words from my mortal soul
Time travel, trynna get back
But the portal closed
