It looks like Ludacris will be continuing his "Ludaverses" series until his album Ludaversal drops on March 31st. After giving us his version of iLoveMakonnen's "I Don't Sell Molly No More" last week, the ATL rapper drops bars on Fabolous' recent Young OG Project single "Lituation."
With the string-led beat bolstered by a Lauryn Hill vocal sample, "Lituation" isn't Luda's usual cup of tea as far as its sound goes, but it's no problem for the Southern veteran. Mostly rapping about his lyrical prowess and financial assets, Luda also says he's traded blunts for cigars, letting us know he's probably not on that "Blueberry Yum Yum" quite as frequently these days.
Quotable Lyrics
Life is movin' way too fast
Like I jumped behind the wheel of my mind and pressed the gas
You see for me I'm not the same man I once was
Replacin' cigars in ashtrays where a blunt once was
