Earlier today, Samsung released a new commercial for the Galaxy S7 featuring Lil Wayne dousing the smartphone in expensive champagne. It turns out the company has also snagged Wayne for two more ads specifically for the S7's virtual reality capacities. Both ads also feature Wesley Snipes.
With the S7, one can purchase an attachment -- to strap over one's eyes -- that makes one feel a part of the show or movie being watched. In the above clip, Wayne straps on the Gear VR and narrates the experiences that ensue, which include fighting robots and canoeing with Wesley Snipes. The "Blade" actor ends up sitting in the chair next to Wayne, but upon seeing him in the flesh, Weezy realizes he'd rather go back to the goggles and ride an elephant with Snipes in Thailand.
In the second commercial, which you can see below, Snipes and Weezy are both on the couch and both tuned into their VR devices. Presumably now in Thailand, Wayne has to hush Snipes so he can focus on delivering a baby elephant.
