Lil Duval won't back down.

After Lil Duval's controversial comments on The Breakfast Club led to some public protests from the LGBT community, many expected the comedian to issue an apology. In case you missed it, Duval dropped some gallows humor and claimed that he would murder a transgender person if they deceived him in the sack. However, Duval has proven resilient in the face of public pressure, holding steadfast in his refusal to apologize.

In an interview with TMZ live, Duval claimed he had no problem with gay or trans people, but maintained that such a deception could have serious psychological effect. When pressed about murder being an extreme solution, Duval responded with "That's psychological damage. I went crazy right then." What are your thoughts on Duval's comments? Do you feel like he went too far, or is it par for the course where comedians are concerned?
