We introduced you to one of Toronto's many rising singer-rappers, Lais, at the beginning of August. However we won't take all the credit, as it was by way of his co-sign on OVO Sound Radio. After releasing "Downtown," the Six native made his way up to NYC and hit our studio where he recorded this smooth joint, "Sometimes," produced by @beforeizaiah. It's definitely one of his strongest releases to date, keeping the late-night vibe and melody he's become known for.
This will appear as a bonus cut on Lais' forthcoming EP, 114, due out on October 29th. Be on the look out for his collaboration with Skizzy Mars, "Moon & Stars 2," as well.
