Kylie Jenner is said to dominate the world of cosmetics. Her best-selling app, Kylie Cosmetics, has reached number 1 on the iTunes store. Now, her brother-in-law Kanye West announced his own line of cosmetics to be produced through his creative content company, DONDA.
TMZ reports that Yeezy has filed legal documents to produce DONDA brand makeup, perfumes, lotions, etc. He shared a diagram of his plans for his Donda empire last year.
Kylie Jenner has built a lucrative business, but, by the looks of it, Kanye West wants to build a major fashion and lifestyle empire. However, West might have a hard time attracting customers away from the youngest Jenner sister. Kylie Cosmetics reportedly sell out in minutes and fetch a high resell price on eBay.
Donda is Kanye's mother's name. She passed away in 2007 due to heart disease and complications from multiple plastic surgeries.
