18-year-old rapper Kodak Black has been getting a lot of buzz in his native Florida and beyond recently for "No Flockin," which got aired on Drake's OVO Sound Radio show, as well as his summer mini-hit "Skrilla." Young Kodak's future is bright, but his path to stardom hit a speed bump last week when police pulled him over on suspicion of assaulting and robbing "an adult and a child." According to DJ Akademics, authorities found a small amount of weed in Kodak's car and he was driving with a suspended license. They booked him for these offenses, as well for suspected assault, kidnapping, and robbery.
Kodak Black has since been bailed out and is back to performing in venues around Florida. Check out Akademics' full report in the video below.
