Kid Cudi has been waging a custody battle with baby mama over the past year, and it's finally come to an end.
The rapper has agreed to let the mother of his daughter have full custody, as TMZ reports. The mother said Cudder only provided "sporadic and inconsistent amounts" of support, and was an absentee dad most of the time, while Cudi's version of things is that he got a home in Chicago to be closer to the mother and daughter, and provided his daughter with a lot of support.
In court documents, his baby mama also says Cudi has "long history of consistent drug and alcohol abuse."
The two parties have finally agreed to let the mother take full custody, and Cudi will be allowed visitation and will provide child support.
