Kendrick Lamar was the musical guest on tonight's episode of Saturday Night Live, and he made sure to make his performance a memorable one. Performing his new single "I" for the first time on live television, K.Dot was joined by a live band, who brought a groovy and energetic interpretation of the song's iconic sample.
Kendrick meanwhile brought an energy all his own, recreating some of the dance moves from "I"'s video, as well as bringing a particularly inspired vocal approach to the performance.
