Some unreleased Kendrick Lamar is always welcome, especially when the TDE camp has been pretty quiet as of late. A new-old record surfaced from Kendrick today, and it seems like the perfect fit for our Throwback Thursday cut. The song, titled "Hub City's Wild Side," must have been recorded during Kendrick's K. Dot days-- given his cadence and style and the fact that he refers to himself as such. Perhaps it's a leftover cut that didn't make Kendrick's debut mixtape Hub City Threat: Minor of the Year mixtape. Kendrick's a bit more aggressive on this record, and a bit less political. Are you feeling it?
Quotable Lyrics
That's not your favorite rapper in the booth
That's a dead corpse once K. Dot kick chaos
Niggas bitch up like canines
I click up and click, click, click (boom!)
Smell the fumes on my Levi's
Bitches popping pills and mushrooms
In my hotel room
I squeeze dick through they thick thighs
