As fate would have it, both Kendrick Lamar and Drake have been presented with the key to their respective cities the same weekend. K-Dot's ceremony took place, of course, in Compton, where he was honored by Mayor Aja Brown, who made sure to mention the rapper's impressive 11 Grammy nominations (the most ever in one night for a rapper).
No matter how he does at Monday's event, Kendrick is already victorious, but we are anxious to see if he can nab that album of the year award (his second nomination in the category). He'll also be performing at the ceremony, so you know it will be something special either way.
