Kanye West is dropping Yeezus on tuesday, but like pretty much any album these days, it leaked onto the internet Friday afternoon. While Yeezy is known for being a hothead in this kind of situation, even he knows that this type of thing is unavoidable in 2013. The rapper has expressed apathy towards the recent leak, but his label still plans to pursue the source of the piracy.
TMZ reports that Kanye's label has a special leaks division on the case, and they already have an idea of who's behind the premature release. The label plans to take legal action against the culprit once they are identified.
Meanwhile sources close to 'Ye say he realizes the inevititability of leaks in this day in age, particularly with the amount of people involved with the album.
First projections for Yeezus sales are looking pretty high, read the numbers here.
