Kanye West debuted new songs while performing at the Met Gala event on Monday night, where celebrities, artists, and tastemakers all came out in their finest attire.

Yesterday the annual Met Gala took place in New York City. The event saw celebrities of all kinds step on to the red carpet in their most fashionable attire. The event highlighted the Metropolitan Museum Of Art's spring exhibiton, "PUNK: Chaos to Couture," and so those attending dressed appropriate to the theme. In attendance was Kanye West, who also took the stage to perform during the evening, and debuted the much-rumored song "I Am God."

'Ye attended the event alongside his baby mama to-be, Kim Kardashian, who wore an all-over floral print dress designed by Riccardo Tisci for Givenchy. Other notables who hit the red carpet included Beyonce, who rocked a gold and black Givenchy gown, as well, Nicki Minaj, who showed up sans colorful wig, but opted for curly blonde hair and navy blue dress. Alicia Keys dressed in a red shimmery dress, and Miguel suited up in a shiny grey/black suit.

Check out footage via Vine of 'Ye debuting what is thought to be his next single below. Kanye will be on Saturday Night Live on May 18th where he's expected to perform "I Am God" as well, in case this footage doesn't exactly satisfy you.
