What do you get when a photo on Instagram (which can be seen in the gallery) crops up with Kanye West, Chief Keef, and Interscope A&R, Larry Jackson? Well, you get a torrent of news and speculation. Although, to be fair, it seems most likely that the trio are working on Chief Keef's much anticipated Bang 3.
It is a pleasure to see Chief Keef out of trouble and putting his talents toward something productive. The young rapper has had a flurry of legal troubles, the validity of which is a matter of perspective. It's an even bigger pleasure to see Chief Keef working with Kanye West, a hero of Chief Keef who hails from Ye's city of Chicago as well.
The two memorably worked together on "Hold My Liquor," on Yeezus, resulting in one of stronger tracks on an already fantastic album. Maybe Kanye can be a good influence on the young rapper. Or, at least provide a good influence music-wise, if not with life choices.
