Joey Bada$$ has been hinting about the Summer Knights project for some time now, and the release has been changing slightly each time he's spoken about it. The first time Summer Knights was announced, Joey described it as a Pro Era mixtape, it's since gone from an EP to a full length project, and is being billed under Joey's name. As far as we know, the LP is still free, but we'll have to wait for a more official confirmation on that.
Joey released the first single yesterday, titled "Word Is Bond". Summer Knights will be available June 12th.

[Update: Project Pushed Back]
Joey took to twitter today to announce that Summer Knights has been pushed back from it's June 12th release date. The Pro Era leader didn't offer any information on when the project could be expected.
