Kirk Knight & Nyck Caution are responsible for one of the most fiery freestyle sessions of 2016, which went down during their appearance on Statik Selektah's Shade 45 radio show. They may have topped that effort when Joey Bada$$ joined them yesterday for 20-minute freestyle on HOT 97's "Late Night with Peter Rosenberg."
Before they jump into the freestyle, the Pro Era trio discusses a variety of topics, including Caution's new mixtape Disguise the Limit. The freestyling begins at the 18:30 mark. They trade off going in over beats like 2 Chainz’ “Watch Out” and Kendrick Lamar’s “Alright." Caution = BARZ: “I’ve been waiting, contemplating, how do get my name in all your conversation bout what’s popping lately/ I smoke a Nathan, drop the hottest statement/ Boxing like I’m Tyson, when I’m rocking stages, leave you rocked for hating."
