The last two days have seen protests in Baltimore following the funeral of Freddie Gray, a young black man who died while in the custody of police officers earlier in the month. Now New Yorkers have decided to show their support for the unjust death of Gray, coming together in Union square to show solidarity with those in Baltimore.
The gathering was organized by hip-hop mogul Russell Simmons, but he wasn't the only rap flag-bearer in attendance, as Joey Bada$$ and a couple of other members of the Pro Era crew also made it out to show their support for the cause.
Check out some photos and video of Joey and his friends taking part in the protest below.
