Jhené Aiko was slated to perform on Thursday night at Def Jam's 30th anniversary show, but didn't, saying she left because a member of her team was "assaulted."

Earlier this year, Def Jam unveiled a STACKED lineup for their 30th anniversary concert, with performances by Rick Ross, 2 Chainz, Fabolous, DMX, Foxy Brown, Jhené Aiko, Onyx, Method Man, Redman, Ashanti, Ja Rule, Warren G, EPMD, and Jeremih scheduled for the event, which took place Thursday Night at Barclays Center in Brooklyn. Unfortunately, one of those artists (Aiko) never performed, and blamed her no-show on a "worker" who "assaulted" a member of her team.

In a comment posted to Instagram (view in the gallery above), Aiko accuses this male worker of telling her and her entourage to "get the fuck out" before he assaulted a "member of [her] management (female)." Citing "disrespect" as "one thing I can't rock with," Aiko apologized to fans for her absence. Way to go, unnamed male worker, you just made thousands of fans miss out on a Jhené Aiko show.

Stay tuned for more details as they arise.
