Jeff Chery is an ATL-via-Brooklyn emcee who's also known as the Haitian Mufasa. He struck a deal with French producer Brodinski last year, and he turned some heads with his latest tape, February's Jungle Juice. His latest track, "Juice & Soda," is starting to pick up some heavy buzz. The song features OJ Da Juiceman and is produced by Hamsquad.
There are no shortage of juice-dedicated tracks, but this isn't your run-of-the-mill lean anthem. Though he sometimes slurs his voice and goes into spontaneous harmonizing, Chery hits and fiery and focused flow early on and doesn't let up until Juiceman comes in with the animated and enjoyably geeked-up closing verse.
