Jay Rock Responds To Wale's Kendrick Lamar Call-Out

Wale was up to his usual ways this morning, responding to his lack of Grammy nominations on Twitter. While he had a lot to say about being unappreciated, it was actually a comment about Kendrick Lamar that got the most attention.

"[Kendrick] ain't answered that phone since the last [Grammy] nomination . I get the Demi lavato treatment from him now. It's hard out here," wrote Wale, and unsurprisingly, the TDE camp has caught wind of the comment.

"I SEE WHY U NOT MMG. SMH," wrote Jay Rock, making sure to @ Wale in the tweet.

Of course, the TDE rapper is making reference to a feud Wale had with his own labelmate, Meek Mill, earlier this year, which funnily enough began with Wale claiming Meek wouldn't return his phonecalls. It ended with Meek proclaiming Folarin was "not MMG no more".

UPDATE: Jay Rock has continued to criticize Wale for talking about Kendrick, while Wale has sent out a few vague tweets that may or may not be directed at the TDE rapper.
