Gucci Mane has been denied his request to do community service in his aggravated assault case.

Gucci Mane pled not guilty in his aggravated assault case this past May, for allegedly hitting a fan over the head with a bottle. As the case continues to unfold, GuWop has requested to do community service in relation to the charges.

AllHipHop reports that the Brick Squad leader's court request to serve community service in the case has been denied by a Fulton county judge. The incident happened at a night club in Atlanta, when a fan approached the rapper for a photo, and the rapper allegedly lashed out at him.

No trial date has been set at this time, but it's expected to happen before the year's end.
