G-Unit dropped their remix of Drake's "0 To 100" last week, and now the newly re-formed posse has performed the track live for the very first time.
The Unit gave their first performance since reuniting at Summer Jam tonight at New York's Webster Hall, and decided to treat fans to some new material as well as some old classics.
