Yesterday we found out that Future was delaying his upcoming album, Honest, and aiming for a December release. Nonetheless, the album is nearing completion, as Future previewed the project for Billboard recently.
The album is set to feature an original ATLien, Andre 3000, who apparently told Future, "I'm a big fan. My son loves you. I want to hear some of the album," and when he did, he called it "dope." Apparently Three Stacks was also part of the reason Future wanted to change his album title (Future Hendrix), due to Andre's role in the upcoming Jimi Hendrix biopic, he decided to call it Honest, which the Outkast rapper reportedly liked more than the original title.
On top of having the reclusive Andre, Future also tapped the extrovert Miley Cyrus for the LP. Miley appears on a record titled "Real & True" which also features singing from Mr. Hudson, and Mike WiLL Made It production.
Nicki Minaj also appears on a track produced by DJ Clue, which Future liked because of its "New York sound."
Are you excited to hear Honest?
