It seems Future took some time to reflect on his life since he wiped his Instagram clean at the beginning of the year. Tuesday, the Atlanta rapper posted for the first time since, taking the opportunity to announce his new project and a tour.
He also poured his heart on social media explaining that he's made mistakes but that he's working on it. He's asking the people he's hurt in the past to forgive him.
"I'm at a place in my life where I where I wanna make my weaknesses my strengths to become a better person than I was yesterday," he wrote in the captions of a photo of himself looking down at the ground.
Despite his overwhelming success, Future's 2016 was mired in controversy. From his nasty court battle with ex Ciara over custody of their son to allegations that he had an affair with NBA legend Scottie Pippen's wife Larsa, Future had many ups and downs. His joint Summer Sixteen tour with Drake last year was the most financially successful hip hop tour of all time.
