While Future flew to LA for the final stop of his 4-day Salute The Fans DS2 Tour, his fans clamored outside the Roxy where he will perform tonight, praying to get their hands one of the show's limited free tickets. The Roxy holds 500 people, and fans started showing up as early as 9am hoping to claim a ticket for the midnight performance. According to TMZ, they started handing out wristbands at 1pm, at which point the eager fans, now numbering well over 500, spilled out onto Sunset Boulevard.
Police rolled up to the scene ready for war, equipped with riot guns. Watch footage below.
A similar scene went down before Future's NYC show yesterday, reports XXL. The Highline Ballroom has a capacity of 600, and 100+ officers showed up as fans anxiously waited for tickets outside the Chelsea venue. That was around noon. Remarkably, "by 10:30 the crowd had grown about 10 times, no one was getting in."
The people are really feeling DS2.
EDIT: Tonight's show has been cancelled due to the scene caused on Sunset Blvd.
