It looks like Schoolboy Q’s sophomore album, Blank Face, will finish runner up to Drake’s Views in the sales department this week.
According to HDD, Q’s sophomore album is expected to sell anywhere from 70-75k copies in the first week, with 50-55k of those being actual album sales. Whereas, Drake on the other hand is projected to move only 14-17k albums, but with streaming now coming into play that’ll bump the 6 God to the ballpark of 88-93K copies this past week, earning back his #1 spot atop the Billboard charts.
For what it’s worth, Q’s wildly successful debut album, Oxymoron, sold a whopping 139k in its opening week, nearly doubling his sophomore effort last week.
