As of late, Erick Sermon's been in the news more for saying boneheaded things than for his music, but today, he takes us back to what's really important. Calling upon his fellow New Yorkers Sheek Louch and Joell Ortiz, he drops "Make Room," a hard-hitting cut that should satisfy fans of all three.
The instrumental Sermon cooks up sounds like any number of classic Ruff Ryders beats, with dark synths laid over a neck-snapping beat and squiggly bursts of bass. All three MCs flex their lyrical gifts in their respective verses, making it very difficult to determine who's the winner here.
Quotable Lyrics
Take your bitch Instagrammy eatin' out her coochie
Jump out that coupe, army fatigues
Since "The Benjamins" I been out your league
Tryna cop those colossal size Picassos
