Drake is keeping every stop on his "Summer Sixteen" tour as interesting as the last one, although in varying ways. Sometimes that means sending out sneak disses Kid Cudi, other times it's not so-sneakily-dissing Meek Mill, kissing Rihanna live on stage, or else, bringing out local surprise guests. It's safe to say you can usually expect something unexpected to go down at a Drizzy/Future show.
Last night we received word that Future would be dropping a new single with Drake within the next two weeks, but evidently Drake has been working on more than just that. During a "Summer Sixteen" tour stop in Tacoma, at the Tacoma Dome, the Toronto native shared some new about what he's been working on.
He told the Tacoma crowd, "I've been on this tour. I'm recording new music. I'm about six, maybe seven new songs in, maybe, you know what I'm saying. Just getting warmed up. I don't know what I'm going to do with it, I don't know what it's going to be, but what I do know is I can't wait to come back to the mother fucking Tacoma Dome and perform all that shit for y'all."
New music from the 6 God is on the way, although time will tell whether or not it'll be an album, a mixtape, or something else entirely.
