If there's one thing hip-hop fans would probably never expect from Drake (you know, this guy), it would probably be the YMCMB emcee stepping into the battle rap arena. According to Murda Mook, however, that fantasy may soon be a reality.
“So this is @champagnepapi telling me he wants to battle me," captioned Mook on a recently posted Instagram photo. "And he is actually serious! Who got the check?”
Slaughterhouse's Royce Da 5'9'' was quick to respond to Mook's post, taking to his Twitter account to offer his services as the battle's liaison. "We always ready to do great things," he said.
Drake may not be associated with the aggressive image generally associated with battle rappers, but he has partaken in some heavily-publicized beefs, most notably firing shots at Common on Rick Ross's "Stay Schemin" back in 2012.
