Did someone try and deliberately derail the DJ Khaled train?

DJ Khaled's pre-release appearances for his upcoming album Grateful has basically been one unbroken boulevard of green lights. However, this past weekend, that all changed.

Khaled is claiming that his DJ set at the Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC) festival in Las Vegas was derailed by an intentional sabotage attempt. The context is this: supposedly the producer's time on stage was cut short and he was delayed getting on-stage because the sound "kept breaking," according to an Instagram post he made. However, in a follow-up post, Khaled said that he believes it was intentional.

"They🚷 Tried to sabotage my sound so many times THEY could not get the sound right on my set,” he wrote. “And i still stood on stage wit no sound and when they got the sound to work they want cut my set short but I still rep for my people anyone else would walk off stage." Khaled went on to say that, despite the embarrassment, he stayed out there because his fans mean everything to him.

Social media reaction from fans details that Khaled was on the receiving end of boos and was told to "get the f**k off the stage" in one bit of footage from the show. Who knows whether the sound difficulties were intentional or not, but it's definitely got both Khaled and those who were in attendance more than a bit miffed.
