Curren$y To Release "Pilot Talk III" Via $100 USB Package

Curren$y's "Pilot Talk III" won't be on iTunes or in stores, but you can preorder a $100 package that includes the album on a USB stick.

Taking a page out of Nipsey Hussle's very successful book, Curren$y is planning an unorthodox release strategy for his upcoming mixtape Pilot Talk III. In addition to releasing the tape for free online, the New Orleans rapper has made a $100 package (which includes the tape on a custom USB drive, an exclusive shirt and a look book) available for pre-order. 

Although fans will be getting more in the case, this is similar to the "Proud 2 Pay" strategy Nipsey's used for his last two tapes. Spitta announced the news via his Facebook page; read the original post below. Pilot Talk III drops April 4th.
