Chris Brown and Rihanna finally re-emerged as a couple publicly quite recently. After an 'appropriate' period of time apart following the infamous beating, as well as a relationship or two for either party, the pop star and r'n'b singer finally got back together in the past few months. However, Chris Brown confirmed in a new interview that the two star-crossed lovers have once more split ways. The relationship, which Chris' dad apparently didn't approve of, is no-more, because as Chris explains it, he's too young to be wifing anyone.
Speculation about a break-up began when Rih Rih was absent from the r'n'b singer's birthday celebrations in Las Vegas this weekend. The two have always seemed to be on-again off-again, so we'll have to see if this lasts.
Chris spoke to The Kyle and Jackie O show about his birthday party in Vegas, and was asked by the radio show host if he was "riding solo". C Breezy said, "Yeah, I’mma do it solo. I mean at the end of the day, shawty doing her own thang. She on the road… It’s always gonna be love… I’m a grown man, just gotta fast forward."
Chris added later on, "I’ll just put it like this, one thing I always want to do is never disrespect nobody or put nobody down. The way I look at it is that I am always gonna love that person and people have different wants and needs. At the end of the day, she’s a young girl. I can’t really be focused on wifing someone that young. And I’m young too so I can’t focus on that right now. I gotta step forward and be a man and be the best Chris Brown I can be instead of worrying about whoever else is gonna be on my side pocket."
