Well it looks like the rumors were true. Childish Gambino’s next album will indeed be called Awaken, My Love!, as we first reported the other day.
On Wednesday night, Donald confirmed the title by posting it on twitter, along with a possible album cover as well. He didn’t confirm the release date yet, but the other day someone spotted a sign at a local FYE store indicating that Gambino’s next album will be dropping December 2nd. They also were the first ones to reveal the title “Awaken My Love,” so the likelihood of December 2 being the release date seems legit now.
Awaken, My Love! will serve as Donald’s first album since 2013’s Because The Internet. Check out the tweet/album cover (below). Who’s excited for new some Gambino?
