Today we're introducing you to a talented rising artist by the name of Chavis Chandler. The soulful singer and Detroit native put together a new project this past year, ambitiously-titled Dark Skin Jermaine and The Legend Of The Leather Britches, on which the above track "Carry On Brother" was featured.
As with this record (produced by Jerry Parker), the majority of the mixtape is equally soulful and raw, mixing in hip-hop, of course.
