Last May, the ever-mysterious Charles Hamilton popped up for a second with two new albums out of the blue, making fans hopeful that a career revitalization was on its way. Since then, though, we've heard absolutely nothing until today, with Hamilton dropping off a short track called "Correct."
With artwork that depicts some people standing on the steps of a courthouse doing the "hands up, don't shoot" pose, "Correct" has Hamilton in full-on real talk mode. Does he sound ready for a comeback?
Quotable Lyrics
Can I be down? I want nothing more than to fit in
Forced into living but my course wasn't written
I'm grown past holding cash, knowing when to clash
Glowin' from the past, show me where it's at
